  • WordPress Access

    There are two options: 1. Create a new user with Admin access 2. Provide current Admin user credentials To create a new user: 1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard 2. In the left hand column go down to User and mouse over it to reveal sub-menu 3. Mouse over New User and click Fill the form in with the following info (you can ignore the other fields) Username: basis Email: migrations@basis.com Password: basis-wordpress-password (click the 'Show Password' button to reveal field and replace with this password) Role: Administrator Click 'Add New User' button.

  • Website Access

    In order to migrate the site to our servers we need hosting related information. We need access to following: 1/ Hosting Account Access Please provide us with the following information: Hosting Company Name: Login URL: Username: Password: If you do not know who/where your site is currently hosted go here: https://hostadvice.com/tools/whois/ 2/ FTP Access In order to migrate your site to our servers we may need FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access to your current host/server. To be honest you may or may not know this information. If you do have it please provide us with the following info (via comment on this task) Host/Server Address: Username: Password: Port: (this is not always needed so if you do not have it that is fine) If you do not know this information the best way for you to get it is by contacting your hosting company.

  • Creative - Website Materials (PSDs, Fonts, Logos, Images)

    If any of the assets below are too large to attach, please link to a Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. folder.
  • Please include any existing brand guidelines that should be considered.

        • Domain Registrar Access

          Once your site is finished and approved we will need to update DNS (Domain Name System) with your domain registrar and have it 'point' to your site on its new super awesome server. Please provide us with the information requested below. If you do not know who your domain registrar is go here: https://www.godaddy.com/whois Enter your domain name then click 'Search' On the search results screen look for Registrar.

        • Analytics, Tracking & Pixels

          To begin the setup of your Google Tag Manager (GTM) container to get all your advanced analytics, tracking, and pixels set up, we need to know what platforms you are presently using. Example List: Google Analytics Heap Analytics Google Adwords Facebook Ads AdRoll HotJar VWO (Visual Website Optimizer)
        • List these platforms in any order.

        • 3rd Party Services (LPs, EMS, CRM, Shopping Carts)

          We need to know what 3rd Party platforms you are presently using so we can replace and or integrate them as needed. Example List: LeadPages MailChimp Insightly Shopify
